OLD FASHIONED CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cram

Soften cream cheese, mix all ingredients in large bowl, bake in a Springform pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Do not open oven for 2 hours after cake is done.
