1/2 c. butter
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 can sliced apples, well drained (not pie mix)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg

Cut softened butter into dry cake mix until crumbly. Mix into coconut. Pat mix gently into ungreased pan. (Build up sides.) Bake 10 minutes.

Arrange apple slices on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Blend sour cream and egg; drizzle over apples. Note: Topping will not completely cover apples. Bake 25 minutes or until edge or light brown. Do not over bake.

Drizzle: Use funnel, cover hole with fingers. Fill with sour cream mix. Then with fingers control the flow.
