BROWNIE CUPCAKES | |
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate 2 sticks butter 1 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sifted flour 4 eggs 1/2 c. nuts Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Cool slightly then add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Add rest of ingredients. Fill cupcake pans (or liners) 2/3 full. Do not overbake. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
