WINTER BROILED TOMATOES 
1 (16 oz.) can tomato wedges, drained
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1-2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Place tomatoes in a large 1 quart baking dish. Top with butter, garlic, salt and pepper and cheese. Broil until the cheese turns golden brown. Serves 4-6.
