BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 lb. diced bacon, fried crisp
1 med. red onion, diced
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar

Cut up broccoli. I use 2 or 3 stalks depending on size of salad. Also, peel lower stalk. If salad is large, use more raisins and sunflower seeds, at least 3/4 cup. More dressing if too dry.
