BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 slices, broken-up bread
1 lb. browned & drained sausage or bacon
2 c. milk
6 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard

Break up 4 slices of bread and put in 13x9 inch pan. Brown and drain 1 lb. of sausage or bacon and drain well. Sprinkle over bread, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Beat together eggs and milk + 1 teaspoon dry mustard (optional), 1 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Pour over the bread/sausage/cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cheese will rise to top. Prepare the night before and cover. Refrigerate. 6-8 servings.
