RICE PILAF 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. rice, minute or original
2 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup

Melt butter in skillet. Brown noodles from package of soup and rice until just golden brown. Dissolve the pellet from the soup in 2 1/4 cups of boiling water.

In casserole dish combine rice, noodles and water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until brown, 30-45 minutes.
