SNAPPY APPLE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. apple juice
1-2 c. chopped apple
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise (Miracle Whip)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Dissolve jello in boiling water; add a dash of cinnamon. Add juice and chill until slightly thickened. Add fruit and celery; chill until set.

If desired, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and cinnamon and dollop on top of each serving.
