VELVEETA HAM CASSEROLE | |
4 oz. (1 c.) chopped green pepper 9 oz. (1 1/2 c.) chopped onion 4 oz. (1/2 c.) butter 2 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 8 oz. milk 5 1/2 lbs. (4 1/2 qt.) sliced cooked potatoes 1 lb. 6 oz. (1 qt.) cubed ham Saute' green pepper and onion in butter. Add cheese and milk; stir until melted. Arrange in alternate layers in greased 12 x 20 x 2 inch pan. Pour sauce over. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered. Yield: 24 1 cup (9 ounce) servings. |
