HAM CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk
3 c. cooked potatoes, chopped
3/4 c. ham, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt

Saute peppers and onions in butter, add cheese and milk. Stir until melted. Add potatoes and ham. Stir until heated thoroughly. (Salt can be omitted.)
