HAM & POTATOES 
4 c. cooked & cut potatoes
1/4 c. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 or 2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Velveeta or American cheese
1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing (key ingredient)
2 c. ham, cut up, cubed
Pepper to taste

Cook potatoes, set aside. Cut up ham, keep in refrigerator. Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Add flour and pepper. Add milk, boil and stir. Add cheese until melted. Blend in Miracle Whip salad dressing. Layer potatoes, ham and sauce in 2 quart casserole. Repeat until no ingredients are left. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
