8 - MINUTE CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 Keebler Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
Fresh berries or 1 can pie filling (blueberry or cherry)

Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip and blend well. Spoon into crust. Put berries on top. Chill until set or at least 4 hours.
