BUBBLE LOAF COFFEE CAKE 
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen dinner rolls
1/2 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins or nuts

Butter bundt pan or glass baking dish. Place rolls in pan. Melt butter; combine with pudding mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts or raisins. Sprinkle mixture over top of frozen rolls, letting mixture fall around rolls. Leave on counter to rise overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Turn upside down. Remove from pan. Serve warm.

You can also use vanilla pudding and omit cinnamon, raisins and nuts.
