LOUISIANA RED STEW 
1-2 lb. stew meat
6-7 lg. potatoes
1 onion
1 can tomato paste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. chili powder (or to taste)

Brown stew meat and onions. Add water and potatoes. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and chili powder. Cook until potatoes are done. Serve over rice.
