MOM'S SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 slices bread, cubed
1 can chunked pineapple

Combine milk and sugar; add eggs and mix well. In a large bowl or casserole dish put bread and pineapple. Add liquid mixture and combine to coat bread. Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
