BEER BREAD | |
2 c. self-rising flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1/3 stick butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 can beer Mix flour, sugar, salt, and beer together until well blended. Turn out into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Drizzle melted butter over the loaf. |
