WHOLE WHEAT BEER BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. beer

Put the all-purpose and whole wheat flours, baking powder, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl. Add the honey; then pour in the beer, stirring just until flour is moistened.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes.

Honey is too good for a bear.
