BIG OREO 
1 lb. oreo cookies
1 stick melted butter
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1/2 gal. soft vanilla ice cream
1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter

Crush cookies finely, mix with melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 buttered pan. (Save small amount of crushed cookie mixture for topping.) Mix remaining ingredients. Spread over crust. Top with remaining cookie mixture. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours. Serves 12.
