FUMI SALAD 
1 head chopped cabbage
16 oz. slivered almonds
8 green onions, chopped
8 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 c. chopped celery
2 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles, uncooked

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar or tarragon vinegar

Mix dressing well; set aside.

Toast almonds and sesame seeds, if desired. Mix cabbage, onion and celery in large bowl. At the last minute add sesame seeds, almonds and crushed up Ramen noodles, uncooked. Pour dressing over top.
