MANDARIN SALAD (EA) 
2 cans (Three Diamonds) mandarin oranges
1 can (sm.) pineapple tidbits or chunks
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
Lettuce

Drain oranges and pineapple together. Mix sour cream with drained oranges and pineapple. Add marshmallows, some at a time, and mix thoroughly. Cover and put in refrigerator and let stand overnight or for several hours. Serve on lettuce leaf. Decorate with maraschino cherries. Combine juice from oranges and pineapple makes a delicious juice for breakfast.
