ORANGE BLOSSOMS (LITTLE CAKES) 
1 pkg. yellow Duncan Hines cake mix

SUGAR MIXTURE:

Juice and grated rind of 2 oranges
Juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
1 box 10X powdered sugar

Mix cake according to package directions. Pour 1 level tablespoon of mixture into small muffin tins which have been oiled and floured.

Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 8-10 minutes.

Remove cakes from pans and dunk while hot in sugar mixture, turning 2 or 3 times. Turn upside down on cake rack that has been placed over waxed paper. Then turn right side up. Let drain and place in tins.

This makes about 60 little cakes which should not be confused with any commercially available pastry.

They store well in tins or can be frozen.
