CARROT RELISH SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. shredded lemon peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped apples

Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water. Add cream cheese and beat smooth. Stir in orange juice, lemon peel and lemon juice. Chill until partially set; then add carrots and apples. Chill until set.
