1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. fat
1 lg. chopped onion
3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown ground beef; add rest of ingredients and simmer 45 minutes. Serve in hot dog or hamburger buns.
