MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Mold into balls or long rolls to slice. (If you use the roll method, refrigerate overnight.) Shaping into balls or rolls, place on ungreased cookie sheet; bake for 8 to 10 minutes in 425 degree oven.
