CHICKEN/TURKEY DIVAN 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli OR 1 fresh bunch, cut small
2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced, or 2 c. meat
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Dash lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise

TOPPING:

1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Grease a large casserole dish. Lay chicken/turkey and broccoli on bottom. Make a sauce of the soup, mayonnaise and seasonings, adding salt and pepper as desired. Mix well, no need to cook. Spread sauce over meat and broccoli. Sprinkle topping over all. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. This dish can be frozen before cooking, and is a good use for leftover fowl.
