CHICKEN BROCCOLI FLORENTINE 
Grilled sliced boneless chicken
Broccoli
Spinach
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 jar Heinz brown gravy
2 lb. chicken
1 head broccoli or box of frozen florets
1 bag fresh spinach or box of frozen

In electric skillet brown boneless chicken either cubed or sliced with just a slight amount of olive oil just to cover base or skillet medium heat approximately 10 minutes. Add broccoli and spinach. Add to taste about a half a cup of soy sauce and a jar of Heinz brown gravy. Add 1/2 jar of water. Cook, covered, 20 more minutes. Taste. Add soy sauce to your preference.
