PINEAPPLE CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. whipping cream
1 can crushed pineapple
1 box pineapple cake mix

Mix boxed cake and bake in 3 pans (3 layers).

Frosting: Mix together 8 ounces cream cheese and 8 ounce whipping cream (already whipped until fluffy). Add crushed pineapple. Refrigerate until cake is cool. Frost each layer of all 3 layers of cake. Keep cake refrigerated until ready to use as frosting will melt.
