PINEAPPLE JIFFY CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. Jiffy cake mix
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. #2 can crushed pineapple, drained well

Prepare Jiffy cake mix, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool. Cream Philadelphia cream cheese; add milk, instant pudding and mix well. Pour over cooled cake and place in refrigerator to cool again. After cooled, spread crushed pineapple over top of cake. Top with Cool Whip or whipping cream. Sprinkle with nuts, optional. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
