PINEAPPLE CHERRY CAKE 
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 c. flour
20 oz. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries

Mix all together, then add cherries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 cubes real butter
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. canned milk
1 egg yolk, beaten

Boil 6 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
