3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 gated onion, chopped fresh

Blend above ingredients in a blender until smooth. It is a zesty Catalina-type dressing.

Pour dressing over this salad combination: bib lettuce, fresh spinach, sunflower seeds, carrots, mushrooms, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
