2 c. boiling water
2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar
Dash of liquid smoke

Use less water if a thicker sauce is needed quicker; takes about 1 1/2 hours to get this thick.
