LORRAINE QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
10 oz. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Bacon chips or ham

Combine cheese and flour. Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese in 9 inch pie shell. Repeat layers. Sprinkle onion on top. Combine milk, eggs and seasoning and pour over mixture in shell. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes until knife inserted comes out clear.
