BOHEMIAN HAM AND NOODLE DISH 
1 (16 oz.) flat noodle, broken into pieces
5 tbsp. butter
1 onion chopped
3/4 lb. cooked ham, cut into small cubes
4 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of pepper

Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Butter a 2 quart baking dish. Saute onion until golden brown. Beat together eggs, sour cream, nutmeg, pepper and season with salt. Mix with noodles and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with cucumber salad.
