PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 can crushed pineapple
5 slices bread, cut into cubes
Brown sugar

In large bowl, cream the butter. Add eggs and sugar; mix well. Slowly mix in cubed bread and the pineapple. Place in casserole dish and top with brown sugar. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Excellent served with ham. Serves 4 to 6.
