BLUEBERRY CAKE 
BATTER:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, unbeaten
2 c. blueberries

CRUMB TOP:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Mix dry ingredients; cut in butter with edge of fork to form crumbs.

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream butter, gradually add sugar, egg, and milk. Add flour mix. Fold in blueberries. Spread batter in greased and floured 8 or 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with crumb mixture on top. Bake at 370 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
