LO CAL GRAPE JELLY 
1 c. water
1/2 c. tapioca
2 c. unsweetened grape juice
Artificial sweetener equivalent to 3 c. sugar

Let the ingredients sit for 5 minutes to allow tapioca to soften. Then bring mixture to a boil. Cook 2 minutes. Skim off any foam. Pour into jars and seal.
