CHEESE SQUARES 
6 oz. crispy croutons, cheese and garlic flavored good to use
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, mild to sharp
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk

Butter an 8 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of croutons on bottom of pan. Top with all of cheese. Sprinkle remaining croutons. Beat eggs with milk until smooth. Pour mixture over croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until brown and puffy. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
