ALOHA CHEESE RING 
FIRST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. blue cheese
1 (8 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pecans
1 tbsp. candied ginger

Combine all ingredients together and blend well. Spoon into springform pan or large serving plate.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, fried crispy & crumbled
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. grated onion

Combine cream cheese and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients, spread over first layer in serving dish. Sprinkle with finely chopped macadamia nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with assorted crackers.
