CARROTS AND GREEN PEPPERS 
2 lbs. carrots
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 tbsp. sugar
Additional sugar or artificial sweetener to sweeten to taste
Salt to taste

Peel carrots and cut in diagonal. Cook in small amount of water. Drain. Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add sugar. Add cooked carrots to green pepper mixture, stirring constantly to coat carrots. Salt to taste.
