PACIFIC LIME MOLD 
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c. nuts

Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add reserved juice. Chill until slightly thickened; beat until frothy. Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese, whipped cream and nuts. Chill until firm. Serves 6
