ARMADILLO EGGS 
1/2 lb. hot breakfast sausage
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. buttermilk Bisquick
Jalapeno peppers to taste

Wrap pepper in cheese, then in sausage. Make small balls. Roll in Pork Shake and Bake, then in egg and back in Shake and Bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
