CHILI (MICHIGAN STYLE) | |
2 lb. ground beef or deer meat 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 lg. can tomato sauce 1 can chili hot beans 1 can kidney beans 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter 1 tbsp. sugar Chili powder to taste Brown ground meat with onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and a dash of garlic powder. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer 2 or 3 hours. |
