6 hard-cooked eggs, halved
1 tsp. softened butter
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (or more)

Mix warm egg yolks with above ingredients until very smooth. Fill whites. Chill.
