6 eggs
1/4 c. sausage
1 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Cook meat and onions together for 5 minutes. Beat the eggs until light. Add the seasonings and pour into the pan with meat. Cook slowly, stirring constantly until eggs are thick and creamy.
