CUBAN GRAPENUT PUDDING 
1 c. Grapenuts
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
6-8 eggs, well beaten
3 lg. cans evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt

Combine Grapenuts and water and soak. Cream together butter and sugar. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and salt. Drain Grapenuts and add along with creamed sugar. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Don't over cook. Test for doneness. Serves 12.
