MADGE STIVERS REFRIGERATOR FRUIT
CAKE
 
1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1 lb. raisins (approximately 3 1/2 cusp)
1 lb. candied fruit
4 cups chopped walnuts
3/4 cup milk
1 bag marshmallows

Mix graham cracker crumbs, raisins, candied fruit and walnuts. Set aside.

Heat milk and marshmallows, stirring frequently, to melt marshmallows.

Pour over dry mixture and mix well. Dampen hands to press mixture into pan, or smaller pans, firmly.

Refrigerate over night. If wrapped and sealed well, this will keep for months in the refrigerator.
