ZUCCHINI SQUASH BREAD 
3 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. zucchini squash, grated
2/3 c. raisins
2 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. nuts

Sift flour and measure. Add baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Toss nuts and raisins lightly in flour mixture. Beat sugar and oil in mixer at low speed. Add eggs, one at a time. Add squash. Add flour and water. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
