SPINACH & MUSHROOMS 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. of frozen chopped spinach
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems & pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder (optional to taste)

TOPPING:

1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Paprika

Cook spinach according to package directions until thawed. Cut mushroom stems and pieces in smaller pieces. Use a sieve and drain spinach as much as possible. Combine spinach, mushrooms, and soup. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Spoon into ovenproof serving dish. Spread topping over surface and sprinkle with paprika. Heat at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

TOPPING: Combine ingredients. Blend well and heat slowly before adding to top of spinach mixture.
