ESCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM 
15 med. pared potatoes, sliced thin
1 1/2 lb. canned ham, diced small
Flour
Salt and pepper
Butter
Onions (optional), sliced thin
Milk
Cheese, shredded (optional)

Slice potatoes thin into 6 cup buttered casserole. Layer starting with potatoes then ham sprinkled with flour lightly salt and pepper to taste. Add onions if desired. Add a tablespoon of butter in each potato layer. End with potatoes on top. Make 3 layers of ham and 5 layers of potatoes.

Fill 2/3 full with milk. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 to 60 minutes or until milk is boiled away. May add cheese after each ham layer if preferred.
