POTATO DUMPLINGS 
1 med. head (shredded)
1/2 lb. butter
1 med. onion (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste

DUMPLINGS:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 med. potato (grated)

Mix all ingredinets for dumplings and drop 1/4 teaspoon into rapidly boiling water. Cook at low boil for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse well with cold water.

Cook cabbage and onions in butter until tender. Combine dumplings and cabbage. Mix well and serve. Yields 4 servings.
